Bake off 28th Oct Victoria sponge

The room was full with competitors and there was a real buzz in the kitchen. Representatives of all year groups except year 10 was present.

High standards of hygiene and organisation was evident amongst the bakers.
All pairs cooperated and worked quickly and effectively under the pressure. Methods have been kept top secret between teams.

Visiting judges Mr Sweeney and Mrs Bickley carried out the tasting. The room was tense with anticipation.  Loud cheers erupted on the announcement of the winners.

Points have been awarded to the winners and runners up.
A prize will be awarded to the over all winning pair. Next weeks challenge bake is bread.
